INNOVATION IN HARMONY - THE BIRTH OF WOODPAN

In our relentless pursuit of innovation and perfection, we introduced the world to WOODPAN in 2017. A magnificent union of materials, the WOODPAN combines exquisite woods such as premium maple and olive with the resonant metal, marking a revolutionary moment in the world of handpans. The wooden base doesn’t just hold the instrument; it enhances the auditory experience, creating a unique sonorous environment.

  • Concerto – Built from nitrided steel, it delivers powerful projection, exceptional resonance, and tuning stability.

  • Mini – Compact and portable, delivering serious sound in a smaller format.

  • Woodpan – A remarkable hybrid, combining a stainless-steel top with a wooden bottom for a uniquely natural and modern touch.

BUILDING A GLOBAL COMMUNITY

Our vision goes beyond instruments. We’ve established five Sew Handpan Schools worldwide—in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Tenerife, and Brussels—offering certified courses, workshops, concerts, community events, and exclusive merchandise.

SEW RETREAT CENTER - Masseria Torre Luciana

In 2025, we brought our philosophy to life in Puglia with the opening of Masseria Torre Luciana, a restored 17th-century farmhouse turned into a holistic retreat. Nestled amid centuries-old olive groves and sunlit Mediterranean landscapes, the Masseria embodies a harmonious blend of tradition, creativity, and contemporary comfort

This is where tradition meets innovation, creativity meets nature, and each guest is invited to rediscover joy in the present.

THE SOUND TREE PROJECT

Amplifying our mission, we created the Sound Tree, a sculptural sound installation that blends form, vibration, and interaction. Inspired by the olive tree—symbol of peace and resilience—it features hand-tuned tubular bells suspended from metal branches. Each installation supports reforestation efforts for olive trees devastated by Xylella, making art a living bridge between beauty and environmental renewal.
